We’re jst a few days away now until the premiere of Zack Snyder’s Justice League on HBO Max! Heading into premiere week, Warner Bros. and HBO Max has released a new trailer for the film which features a heavy focus on the villain Darkseid.

Fans may recall that the theatrical cut was mostly limited to hints and references to Darkseid, undoubtedly saving the primary villain for the expected follow up, with the primary antagonist in the first film being Steppenwolf. With this new cut, there’s either plenty of Darkseid or the trailer has given us every Darkseid scene.

I have to admit that my interest in the film overall is significantly increased with the potential of Darkseid playing a more substantial role. In addition, the trailer gives us intriguing glimpses at an alien Green Lantern and Jared Leto’s Joker.

Early reviews are hitting social media now, and we’ll all get to engage in the hype this coming Thursday, March 18th on HBO Max!
