Avatar: The Last Airbender Season 2 is almost here and Netflix released the official trailer and new photos, offering an epic first look at the return of Aang and the introduction of the fan-favorite Earthbender Toph.
Season 2 follows Team Avatar, Aang (Gordon Cormier), Katara (Kiawentiio), and Sokka (Ian Ousley), after their victory at the Northern Water Tribe. As the Fire Nation continues to grow in power and Aang’s time to master all of the elements runs short, the group sets out to the Earth Kingdom of Ba Sing Se to convince the king to join their fight against Fire Lord Ozai (Daniel Dae Kim).
Based on Book 2 of the animated series, the new season introduces one of the most beloved charaters in the franchise, the blind Earthbender Toph (Miyako), who joins Team Avatar as the group’s newest member.

The series stars Gordon Cormier, Kiawentiio, Ian Ousley, Dallas Liu, Elizabeth Yu, Miyako, Momona Tamada, Paul Sun Hyung Lee, and Daniel Dae Kim.
Avatar: The Last Airbender is a live action adaptation of the Nickelodeon animated series. Christine Boylan serves as executive producer and writer, with Jabbar Raisani also serving as executive producer and director alongside Anu Menon, Amit Gupta, and Hiromi Kamata. Dan Lin and Ryan Halprin serve as executive producers from Rideback. Additional executive producers include Brendan Ferguson and Albert Kim.
Season 2 premieres June 25, 2026 only on Netflix.
