The first trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day was finally revealed today, following a uniquely creative international social media relay. The campaign was led by Peter Parker himself, Tom Holland, who invited Spider-Man fans from different countries to share personal stories about what the iconic hero means to them. Each participant then revealed an exclusive new piece of the trailer before passing the spotlight to another fan in the next time zone, creating a global celebration that connected Spider-Man fans around the world.
The relay culminated, appropriately, in New York City, with a special event at the top of the Empire State Building. There, Holland joined local fans to finally share the full trailer for Spider-Man: Brand New Day. To mark the occasion, the Empire State Building announced it would light up in Spider-Man’s signature red and blue colors, becoming the first time the landmark has been illuminated in honor of a movie trailer launch.

About Spider-Man: Brand New Day:
After the record-breaking global success of Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Brand New Day marks an entirely new chapter for Peter Parker and Spider-Man. Four years have passed since the events of No Way Home, and Peter is now an adult living entirely alone, having voluntarily erased himself from the lives and memories of those he loves. Crime-fighting in a New York that no longer knows his name, he’s devoted himself entirely to protecting his city — a full-time Spider-Man — but as the demands on him intensify, the pressure sparks a surprising physical evolution that threatens his existence, even as a strange new pattern of crimes gives rise to one of the most powerful threats he has ever faced.
