Martial artist and actor Brian Le has built a loyal fanbase over the years through his work with the Youtube sensation martial arts group, Martial Club. The passionate martial arts enthusiasts and practitioners blend classic Hong Kong-inspired action choreography with modern filmmaking sensibilities and were going viral before going viral was a thing. Le, after appearing in major Hollywood productions and blockbuster films, continues to grow and expand his career while staying deeply connected to the martial arts cinema that inspired him growing up.
Le’s latest film, The Furious, feels like the natural next step in his skyrocketing career. From starring in viral Youtube videos with his Martial Club brothers, to memorable appearances in films like Everything Everywhere All At Once, Le has paid his dues and continues to garner respect and praise for his work.

Brian Le on Joining The Furious, Martial Club’s Future and Donnie Yen
POC Culture’s Justin Quizon had the chance to speak with Le during a special screening of The Furious at the Los Angeles Asian Pacific Film earlier this month. During the conversation, Le discussed how legendary action filmmaker Kenji Tanigaki personally brought him onto the project, describing the opportunity as a “manifestation” years in the making. Le also broke down the collaborative process behind crafting gritty fight scenes and reflected on how Martial Club evolved from YouTube videos into a respected name within the action community.
Le also shared some of his favorite martial arts films, revealed his dream fight scene would be with Hong Kong action film icon Donnie Yen, and teased that an exciting new Martial Club project may arrive sooner than fans expect.
