Samara Weaving is going on a thrill ride in 20th Century Studios’ Eenie Meanie. The new trailer, poster and stills from the film were released today and it looks like a high-octane crime thriller. The trailer is action packed, with plenty of car chase hijinks and intensity.
The original film also stars Karl Glusman, Jermaine Fowler, Marshawn Lynch, Randall Park, with Steve Zahn and Andy Garcia. I had to laugh at how annoyed Weaving’s Edie looks throughout the trailer, as co-star Glusman acts ridiculously silly and there are all kinds of craziness happening around her.
The supporting cast around Weaving and Glusman looks amazing. It’s always a treat to see former Pro Bowl running back and Super Bowl champion Marshawn Lynch pop up unexpectedly in these films, and I’m always happy to see Randall Park in anything. Car chase related heist films are often reliable for thrills and entertainment, and Eenie Meanie looks like a lot of fun.
Check out the trailer and stills from the film. Eenie Meanie releases August 22, 2025 on Hulu in the U.S. and Disney+ internationally.
