‘Dune: Part Three’ Teaser Trailer Reveals First Look at Epic Finale to Denis Villeneuve’s Saga

The journey to Dune: Part Three begins here with the release of the film’s first teaser trailer. One of the most anticipated films of the year, Dune: Part Three is the conclusion to Denis Villeneuve’s epic fantasy saga based on the beloved books.

Starring Timothée Chalamet, Zendaya, Jason Momoa, and Florence Pugh, this film is inspired by Frank Herbert’s Dune Messiah, which is actually the second book in the series. The previous two films essentially adapted the Herbert’s first book, making up the film trilogy.

Although it’s just a teaser trailer, at 2 minutes and 29 seconds long, it feels more like a full trailer in both length and substance. We really get to see the grand scope of the battles to come and the themes that the film will explore.

The line, “I’m not afraid to die. But I must not die…yet,” by Chalamet’s Paul Atreides is a chill-inducing sentence that feels like it captures the essence of the film.

The cast is absolutely stacked, with Rebecca Ferguson, Isaach De Bankolé, Charlotte Rampling, Anya Taylor-Joy, Robert Pattinson, and Javier Bardem, and newcomers Nakoa-Wolf Momoa and Ida Brooke joining.

Dune: Part Three is set to release December 18, 2026 and must be seen in IMAX.
